Draw mechanics
Firstly you will need to create an account on our website, please ensure all information you provide is correct as you may be asked to confirm your details. You can then choose which competition you’d like to enter, select how many entries you would like and answer the question which is required to enter.
Then you can checkout where you must tick the box to agree to our terms and conditions and then you can pay the entry fee for your chosen amount of entries.
You can also enter our competitions via the free entry route, details of how to enter for free are displayed on each competition.
We use Random.org to randomly select a winner, this process will be done live via our Facebook page to ensure complete transparency.
Each competition will have its own countdown timer. When that timer ends the competition is closed and will be drawn at the corresponding draw time regardless if all tickets have sold.
If a competition sells out before the closing date then the draw will be brought forward and information on the draw time will be posted on our Facebook page.
We will notify the winner via email. If you change any of your contact details prior to the closing date, you must inform us as soon as possible. We will try to contact you using the information you have provided. If we cannot reach you within 14 days of the closing date we reserve the right to choose another winner and you will lose your right to claim the prize.
Firstly, well done! You will be contacted within 24 hours to claim your prize. If you win site credit, this will be automatically applied to your account and will show in your wallet.
You can enter any of our competitions as many times as you’d like, up to any limit of entries that is placed on a competition.
Yes, we take data privacy seriously and comply with all UK GDPR regulations. Your personal data will only be used for purposes related to the raffle, and we will never share it with third parties unless it’s necessary to deliver your prize.
